Every standard lawn cut includes:

• Small lawn: from $40 per cut

• Average lawn: from $60 per cut

• Large lawn: from $80 per cut

• Overgrown lawn recovery: quoted by condition

• Recurring lawn-care service: available

Prices depend on lawn size, grass height, obstacles, access and the time required.

Optional Grass Bagging

Grass-clipping bagging is available as an add-on for customers who prefer the clippings removed from the lawn.

Bagging and Leaving Bags on the Property

• Small lawn: add $15

• Average lawn: add $25

• Large lawn: add $40+

• Wet, heavy or overgrown grass: quoted by condition

This option includes collecting the grass clippings and leaving the filled bags neatly on the customer’s property.

Bagged Clipping Removal

• Small pickup: from $40

• Larger amounts: from $60, plus disposal fees

• Extra-heavy or wet clippings: quoted by volume

Bags and disposal costs may be charged separately.

Hedges, Shrubs & Garden Beds

• Hedge and shrub trimming: from $100

• Light weeding: from $100

• Garden-bed cleanup: from $150

• Fence-line trimming: from $100

• Stick and branch cleanup: from $100

• Small sapling and sucker removal: from $150

• Seasonal garden-bed preparation: quoted by size

• Garden-waste bagging: quoted by volume

Hauling and disposal are charged separately unless included in the estimate.

Brush & Overgrowth Clearing

• Light brush clearing: from $150

• Fence-line clearing: from $150

• Small sapling removal: from $150

• Heavy overgrowth cleanup: from $500

• Trail reopening: quoted by length and condition

• Large neglected properties: quoted after inspection

• Brush piling on the property: available where suitable

• Brush hauling and disposal: quoted separately

Photos are required for heavily overgrown properties. Nature is remarkably productive when nobody tells it to stop.

Yard-Waste Removal & Small Dump Runs

• Small dump run: from $50, plus dump fees

• Yard-waste hauling: from $40, plus disposal

• Bagged grass and leaf removal: from $40

• Branch and brush removal: quoted by load

• Light outdoor debris removal: quoted by volume

• Larger cleanup loads: quoted after photos or inspection
